Big N is completely unprofessional and unqualified. They installed a central air unit and a mini-split at my home without the proper state licensing, and their poor installation voided the manufacturer’s warranty on the mini-split. They are also installing generators and other equipment without the proper licensing or permits, which is not only illegal but unsafe. Their lack of expertise and disregard for regulations is a huge red flag. Avoid this company—they will cost you time, money, and peace of mind.
