Big O Tires

I came in mid-afternoon yesterday with a bald and balding tire and Danton and Rustyn REALLY stepped up. I was sure I’d be stuck overnight and miss meeting up with friends in Death Valley today but they were able to come with a creative, quick, and perfect solution on short notice. I was back on the road with new tires, balanced and aligned, and an oil change before quitting time, having arrived shortly after 3. These gents were professional, efficient, kind, and pleasant — things you hope to find but don’t really expect to find when you have car trouble away from home. And — bonus — thank you Joe, the local whose kindness was a critical part of solving my problem. These pros went the extra mile and I’m impressed and grateful!

We drove our work truck from Milford after a long 13 hour shift and arrived right when they opened. They were fabulous and got us in and out quickly. Our company paid for the service but we will definitely bring our personal vehicle and camper here in the future. Highly recommend!

We had a blowout on I-15 on our travel trailer. We self rescued to continue our trip, and we got as far as the Big-O-Tires in Beaver, UT. I called and spoke with the manager, Dan, and he advised me as to which tires to get for our trailer. Dan was very thorough in explaining my options. He didn't force me into purchasing anything, and he was very informative and knowledgeable. I opted for the highest-grade, most durable tires they had available for our travel trailer, and I am very satisfied. We were there for less than an hour, and they put four new tires on our trailer and a new spare. Five tires mounted and balanced and back on the road in under an hour is amazing! At the beginning of a long road trip we were alerted to a problem with our RV wheel. Lucky for us, we happened to be across the street from Beaver Tire. We pulled in and were promptly greeted by Yantzee who quickly assessed the problem and had it fixed and ready to go within 15 minutes. What a relief to be handled so efficiently so that we could continue our drive with peace of mind. This is a good, honest repair shop. Don't hesitate to use them for problems you may encounter in your travels.
