Blues mobile

Called to help with a starter on husbands toyota. We get the part and had the job half way done for them by the time they came. The first gentleman came with little more than a handful if tools and had no clue what he was doing. We ended up helping him do half the work before we got frustrated and called the owner. After several phone calls to the owner we were reassured the job would be completed before the gentleman left no matter the time and not charged extra. The gentleman then left without completing the job. Stating someone else was coming to complete the job. The next gentleman who came did not stay more than 30 mins and said he couldn't get a hold of the owner and couldn't do the job. Not only did they not complete the job but they rounded off the bolt so we have no choice but to

Terrible service, he did not fix my car right the first time, than my car broke down again 5 minutes later, he came again and fix it right this time but he charged me twice even though he did not fix it the first time, how can you charge someone twice when you did do the job right the first time ......terrible service, I will never call him again
