Call Saturday morning and they found time to Do a Free brake inspection. Gave me one Quarter of rear end oil for FREE!. Did a great Inspection! Front Brake pads were very good. Time for new rear brakes. Didn't charge me anything. One hour and Fifteen minutes of free labor and advice on my Motorhome Brakes. Great experience. Bizzie shop clean and Well Run. Thanks again for your help.

Got a flat on the way to work. Had it towed to Big O Benicia. They were quick and very reasonable. They gave me a price on all 4 tires that I couldn’t refuse. Also had my alignment done. The customer service couldn’t have been better. Super happy with my experience.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. THEY TRIED TO SCAM ME OUT $488 FOR UNNECESSARY WORK TO GET A WHEEL ALIGNMENT DONE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! I took my car to get an alignment after replacing suspension parts like center link, the stabilizer links, lower control arms and tie rods. I get a call from the service personnel that they cannot perform an alignment cause I have more threads on my center link sticking out than on the right then on the left side and that when he tried to align it I pushes the right side out so my center link has to be reinstalled. This didn't make any sense to me so I kept asking the service personnel about what his technician had said and it just left me with more questions than answers. They told me that the ENTIRE engine in my PRIUS needed replacement for over $8,000. I got a second opinion by a private mechanic and it turned out to be a simpler issue for under $900. My car has been running just fine ever since. Rip off!
