Big O Tires

I am very happy with my experience with Big O Tire. Freddy Encinas helped me choose tires and rims that look great and ride even better. He was very knowledgeable about immediate and future problems that are inevitable if you choose the wrong size. He and the crew were professional, quick, and very positive experience. I would recommend them to everyone and certainly will be a return customer.

Yesterday, my front tire got stuck with a bolt! I stopped by and asked for help! A man told me that it cost $25, and I agreed. After about 25 minutes of taking my tire out of the car, fixing the hole, putting back; and they said: It’s ok, no charge, Merry Christmas! I really appreciate their help and kindness ! I couldn’t believe it and was very happy! Thanks a gain! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all of you!!

I returned to this store because of all the positive experiences I've had. Every single time the staff is professional, helpful and knowledgeable. The customer service is excellent. When it came time for new tires, after doing some research, I was very pleased Big O had the exact tire I was looking for. Online appointment request was super easy. I had to have my car towed to Big O tires due to a flat that couldn't be repaired. Even though it was late in the day Kris took great care of me. I purchased a new set of tires. They were installed at I was out of there in good time. Fast, friendly efficient service.

Kris is absolutely amazing. He got me set up with new tires and an auxiliary battery and gave me the quote up front . He has the best customer service I have ever seen. Will definitely be back. Also sending my family here from now on. Thank you for your transparency and understanding.
