Big O Tires

Awesome. Best service ever. Blew a fifth wheel on the highway going camping. We were able to get spare tire on until we got to big old tires. They took care of us right away. They had the tires in stock. Katlyn was THE BEST service tech. Since we had new tires put on our fifth wheel a full set I might add they gave us a discount on buying four new tires for our Dodge 2500. The tires we bought from them we can’t say good enough about. Call or ask for Katlyn the service Technician. She will take the best care of you. Great communication. And she also looks and sounds like the country singer Gabby Barrett I must add. ;). Went in for a special they had was like $49.99 for an oil change, basic tire rotation and a general checking of fluids and hoses. Ended up paying $85 for everything because they wouldn’t honor the price, on top of that they knocked a hose loose on radiator so I lost all my coolant on the ride home. They told me bring it up in the morning, tried to convince me I needed a radiator and refused to fix it. Quoted me almost $900, I took it to a mom and pop shop up the road who found where the hose was disconnected and the fixed it for a free and just charged diagnostic. Would not recommend going here. Very shady mechanics and lack of respect for a paying customer. I never leave reviews but I’m hoping this will save somebody from wasting a bunch of money. Can only imagine how much damage would’ve

Big-O A $12 inspection turned into over $1500 in damages. I went in for a basic inspection so I could update my tags. They told me about the couple things that needed fixed like my wipers so it would pass inspection. I went ahead and had them fix the issues. In the process, I was told it would be about 10 more minutes. Almost an hour later my car was backed in and was the only car backed in the parking lot. The poor girl behind the counter couldn’t find my keys and I finally told them I was going out to my car one way or another. It turns out they backed in my car to hide the damage they did from backing it into another vehicle. The manager was very unprofessional with how he dealt with us by letting me sit in the lobby for as long as he did not letting me know about any damages until he

I was in town for a short Rv trip and noticed that two of my tires did not look right. After calling several other local tire stores I called Big O tires on hwy 248. I spoke with Hanna who was easy to deal with and quoted me a set of 4 tires out the door. 1) she did have the tires in stock and 2) she played no price games and made it easy to go with Big O. I was only able to bring 2 tires at a time and she said that was no problem. Once I got there she met me at the counter, had my tires ready and came out to help me carry them into the shop. The techs were so fast I didn’t even have time to finish my coffee. Again, Hanna and the entire staff were very professional and made me feel welcome.

Needed some tires for the business truck and had a little issue with alignment. Went to Big O Tires in Branson,Mo and the entire crew from front desk consultants to Matt Smith(management) went above and beyond in their customer service and quality assurance.
