Big O Tires

Second time taking my car to Big O. I don’t like the way the manger treats the customers (especially if you’re young, or a young female) or his employees He will brush you off. My second experience he told me “I’ve been doing this for 14 years, idk maybe you pushed a wrong button” As if I didn’t know what I was talking about. As if I was doubting his capabilities. I just asked if he could look at my car and see why the AC wasn’t blowing through my vents after the oil change. Did they fix my oil correctly? Yes. It wasn’t about my car, it was about listening and understanding the customers concerns, assuring them you will get it done correctly and with integrity. Not brushing them off or blaming. On this day, I was traveling between Tucson and Phoenix pulling my horse trailer (thankfully it was empty), when doing 75 miles an hour down I-10 one of my horse trailer tires blew out, I took the first exit I came to, pulled over to the side of the road and did a Google search for the closest tire shop, the closest one to my location was actually Discount Tire, I reluctantly hobbled my trailer to Discount Tire where I got out and stood in line for 30 minutes with no one even acknowledging that I had walked in, while standing in line I was on the phone with my husband. I asked him to call around to a few other places to see if anyone had any availability. Firestone told him there was no way they were going to get me in and would have to wait till Tuesday, then my husband called Big O Tires

I’ve been here for awhile because I CHOSE to wait here, so I’ve observed amazing customer service from these guys! I highly recommend coming to Big O Tires in Casa Grande to let these gentleman get you taken care of!

Wow! Steven is amazing! I’m definitely making this my new go to shop for all things tires. I was spun in circles down the street at discount tire and expected to wait 3 hours just to be told I needed all 4 tires when I simply when in for a simple tire rotation. Steven took me in just 5 minutes and performed the service extremely fast and had me back on the road with no worries! I am very impressed at the way that shop is ran and the level of customer service. Steven was very honest and not out to take all your money like the rest of the shops in town.
