Big O Tires

I love canyon City Big O tires! Every time I go in there everybody is very courteous and kind. They tend to you as soon as you come inside. I have not waited very long above what the normal wait times are. I have stopped going to the dealership now and I go to Big O tires because of the service and the quality of work that they do on my truck. I totally appreciate it! I like feeling like I am appreciated as a customer for coming into their business. Thank you. Big old tires for the quality work you've done. Not to mention I love their Bigfoot tires. I totally feel safe in the winter time when I drive in the snow!

So easy to make appointments for services online. Staff are professional and friendly. I was happy to not be taken advantage of and was provided only the services I needed, which was an oil change and new tires. The store is clean and they have a comfortable seating area with a television and coffee machine while you wait. Jason and Bryant were both amazing.

Today after getting off of a long shift, I realized that I had popped a hole in my tire. It was running on 15. I called big O and I had Leslie answer the phone super nice told me that I could bring it right in. And even when I brought the whole family, including the dog, Leslie welcomed us into the shop with open arms to sit and wait for our car. Thomas took only 30 minutes to patch my tire along with great service! They filled up all my tires without me having to request it. Everyone we met with or interacted with were super warm and inviting. I would recommend them to anyone for car trouble and quick recovery!

I got 2 of my tiers replaced here at Big O tiers in Cañon City, Leslie was extremely thorough when explaining everything to me, she was also very patient and knowledgeable with every question I had. I was in and out of there with in a hour, and I also left knowing what to do to prevent flats in the future! 10 out of 10!!!

21 Feb, I got a hole in my tire while I was in Canon City visiting family. I brought it to the shop when they had 15 - 20 minutes left of being open. All other tire shops were closed at this point and I had to head back to springs that night. They took my car and got it fixed with no issues. Leslie was a big help with getting me in and out in a jiff. I appreciate you guys.
