I scheduled on line, spoke with Austin when I dropped my car off. A few hours later, car was ready and a bit less expensive than what was quoted. Excellent customer service, great prices and quality work!

I’ve used Zerby automotive from my auto repairs since moving to Penrose in 2020. They have always done an outstanding job working on my vehicle. In October 2024 in the ptu went out on my Ford Edge. They replaced it and we were on our way. Shortly after there were oil drips on the garage floor. Taking it back to Zerbe they determined it was a warranty failure and replaced it again. Shortly after that, the new ptu started leaking auto transmission fluid. Taking it back to Zerbe It was determined to be another warranty issue. They went with another supplier for the third ptu and installed it. So far there are no problems with it. The professionalism shown by the staff at Zerbe Automotive during this time was outstanding. They have shown me that customer satisfaction is their top priority and

I've taken my vehicle here twice for an oil change, the checking of all fluid levels, tire rotation, plus they check your brakes, battery, etc. They explain everything to me that was done, and also recommend things that may need done in the future, and/or things to keep an eye on. It is all included in one very low price, which I see in the weekly shopper almost every week. They also have a rewards program. I got a $10.00 coupon after the first time I went in, that I was able to use the 2nd time. I've called other places to get oil change quotes and Zerby's cost is always much lower than anyone elses. I have been very pleased both times I've gone. I will take my vehicle to Zerby's for anything else that might come up as well. I highly recommend them.

I have found Zerby Auto to be an excellent choice for any auto repair. They have always given me an honest AND precise estimate on what the repair is and what to expect the cost to be. They’ve always had the repairs done on time and at the estimated cost. If for some reason there is a delay they will notify you without delay.

My car is a POS, but even so I think Zerby’s overcharges for services. Multiple times after leaving with a huge bill, I compared the cost to other shops and they are ridiculously higher than most in a 60 mile radius. I was a loyal customer for a long time, but their prices are too outrageous nowadays.
