Big O Tires

Fantastic experience. Came in needing a suspension and steering inspection. Steering did not feel as tight and I heard some creaking and clunking on the front end. Big O did a thorough job inspecting and confirmed what I suspected needed done while making me aware of some other service needed. I went ahead and had them replace the outer tie rods, and while I was at it had them replace my rear shocks as they had never been changed since the vehicle was new. The vehicle rides like new again. The customer service and friendliness of the staff was outstanding, and the overall cost I thought was reasonable. I will be back if I need any other major service that I don't want to DIY myself. Big thank you to Andrew, Steven (or Stephen? didn't catch the spelling), and the team.

A long overdue thank you to Big O Tires and Stephen G for the great customer service experience I had when I had a flat tire. Big O was able to quickly patch my tire at minimal cost and improved an otherwise rough day. They also gave me a very honest and reasonable quote for an upcoming brake repair. Will be going back!
