Patrick's Essential Mobile Detailing

I booked Patrick’s Essential Detailing directly through their website and was originally quoted $280. After I booked, the owner, Patrick, personally called me and asked for an additional $50 travel fee, which I agreed to only because I had already booked. I booked this expecting a normal mobile detailing service, so being charged a travel fee afterward was confusing and not clearly disclosed during the booking process. If I was outside of their service area, I do not understand why the online system allowed me to book in the first place without any notice. On top of that, I was also charged an additional oversize vehicle fee, which again was not clearly explained when I booked. By the time everything was added, the final total was much higher than the original $280 I agreed to. I have used

By far my best detailing experience yet I have a suv and anytime I take it to the dealership they never do a good job and overcharge. Thanks to Patrick my car looks brand new and is protected.

Very thorough and professional service. We scheduled the mobile detail before selling our car…wish we would have done it sooner! They did a fantastic job and even restored the headlights to brand new condition. Very reasonably priced and great communication! Will definitely use them again.
