Big O Tires

GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. My 2021 Toyota Tacoma needed a wheel alignment and replacement of both control arms, which Big O in Delta performed. About 3 months later, the passenger control arm nut disconnected, allowing the bolt to come loose and snap off, causing the control arm to concave around the strut assembly. I lost steering control of the vehicle. Fortunately I was driving very slowly at the time (down a steep hill with turns and drop offs of several hundred feet) and was able to stop the vehicle without being injured. It happened in California, 1,000 miles away from Big O. I contacted them about the failure and they gave me a claim number for their third party insurer, who paid the original parts and labor cost for the repair to be done in California. Delta, Big O has always done a great job for me. I've bought tires, had brakes done, alignments on my cars and other mechanical work done. Even oil changes. The people that work there are very respectful and have helped me figure out issues I've had with my vehicles. I definitely recommend them, timely service and great customer service.

I have been a long time customer of the Big franchise since the early 2000s starting in Boise, ID. The appreciation and respect I have witnessed from Delta shop has been amazing. I started bring my Fleet vehicle there and since have started taking my personal vehicles as well. The mechanic Duane Cyr has helped me diagnose and fix numerous issues. The alignment guy Justin Weiterich keeps me going straight and James St. Claire has always kept it at a reasonable price and not hurt my wallet. The entire team at big O is amazing and I couldn't express my gratitude more!!!! Thank you all!!!

I went to Big O for a soft brake pedal evaluation. Duane the veteran mechanic found no issues with the braking system and a simple fluid top-off in the master cylinder resolved the pedal problem. No charge for that assessment and service. Unbelievable in this day and age. So in loyalty and appreciation I took it back to Big O the next day for Duane to replace my steering gearbox which he noticed was leaking and with play in the center link and idler arm. And had him replace all four shocks. All this work was done to specs and with an alignment as well. Driving home the steering and running gear were like glass, the ultimate repair and upgrade on this aging 32-year-old pickup. I heard some unsettling rattling coming from underneath my vehicle and I was worried about having my kids in the vehicle without knowing what it was so I stopped in. Not only did they let me know exactly what it was but they brought me back and showed me everything and put my mama heart at ease immediately! They found an easy solution to fix the problem and sent me on my way all under 30 minutes. Each time I have needed their assistance with each of my vehicles(3 so far) they have been quick, efficient, kind, and informative so they definitely deserve each and every one of the stars!
