Big O Tires

I would recommend this shop to anyone. They have amazing Custer service. Josh and Jason make sure that everything is done in a timely matter. The service technician are awesome. Josh, Jason and the team outstanding. They will make sure you are taken care of. If I could rate this how I’d like to it would be a 10 stars not five. You deserve way more stars. Thank you Big O for all your help, being an awesome team and going above and beyond.

I highly recommend this tire and repair shop! I went in thinking I needed a whole new tire, but Joshua (Newberry) took a look and said it probably just needed a patch- which is all it needed! Not many shops provide such honesty, which makes this place a gem. Joshua also helped me fix a future appointment for an oil change with a tire rotation, so just overall super friendly and helpful staff. Cherry on top? The pricing is reasonable and wont break the bank(:

This is a fantastic shop to go to! As a female, it’s hard going into car shops solo because you never know if they’re going to try to up charge you. I got a second opinion from them because I had a nail in my tire. Discount tire wanted to replace my whole tire, Big O patched it without question. Jason and Josh were amazing people to work with and made my experience exceptional as a female walking in there! Will definitely go back with any other car problems. Thanks again to the Big O team!

This place is great. The customer service is top notch. I had a car rental with a nail in my tire. I pulled into the shop and no questions 20 min later. My tire was fixed. Thanks again
