I had an outstanding experience at Big O Tires. From the moment I walked in, the team was professional, honest, and genuinely helpful. I originally came in for what I thought would be a simple tire repair, but they took the time to thoroughly inspect everything and explain what they found in a clear and respectful way. Josh was the one who helped me, and he was exceptional. What impressed me most was their transparency. They didn’t pressure me or try to upsell anything unnecessary. Instead, they showed me exactly what was going on with my tires and made sure I understood my options so I could make the best decision for my family’s safety.

Rating a bit late but better late than never. As usual car issues create concerning times but Josh definitely made sure that all of my concerns were made aware to the mechanics. I was given an estimated timeframe, shuttled home for comfort as I waited, called with any information and shuttled back to my car in the timeframe given. Although the door holding was nice compared to other places, the best part is that I wasn’t coerced into making any sudden decisions and nobody showed frustration towards me for not doing so. Believe me, the experience is what matters and I’ll definitely be going back. Great customer service deserves customers.

I’ve been a customer for about 3 years now and honestly this location in Florence is exceptional. Aside from the hospitality this Big-O provides, they always somehow have the best prices when I’m shopping around for tires, an oil change, and everything car basically. The customer service Josh, Jaime, and Kyle provide, makes you feel like you’re sitting at home with some friends waiting for your car to be ready. Great place! Check it out for yourself. P.S. try to only eat one bag of popcorn, they’re really good.

Josh helped me today to check the needs for my Ford ranger 150 and plan for tire pricing and exchange from the original truck’s tires. Myron’s curtesy’s to educate me about fluids and check that I’m safe for the road trip was very helpful. I appreciate the hard working guys here and the outstanding team work!
