Super Star Car Wash - Hunt Hwy & Merrill Ranch Pkwy

Did not remove bugs on the front, exterior mirrors and windshield, even though I specifically asked for extra attention as we had chosen the top most expensive option. They sent us through again and it still did not clean it. I asked the attendant if he had a brush,he said no. I am very disappointed and certainly not get the most expensive option again. I had a fantastic experience at Super Star Car Wash recently. As soon as a arrived, the place was clean and well organized. The staff was super friendly and efficient, but I want to mention Jonathan, the general manager. Jonathans really is outstanding at his job. He’s on it, and he made sure my vehicle look fabulous, and took his time to talk to me about the different services they had to offer. His dedication to give the customer their satisfaction is awesome. My car looked brand new after the wash! I want to give my thanks to Jonathan, and his crew members for the great job. I really recommend this place for anyone looking for a good wash.

I paid 23.00 for the best wash. The girl sprayed the drivers side only Front and back plus drivers side was still dirty after washing. Went through second time same thing. Girl sprayed only drivers side Need to do much better When customers pay for best wash at least the car should be cleaned. Very disappointing

Went to get my car washed and I have just as many bugs on it as when I went in. Asked of I could go threw again to try to get some more off since the first run was useless!!! Was refused and I had a unlimited pass for this car wash and they didn't care then either. So I canceled my monthly and now I realize there's no customer service still. Won't be coming back ever!!! Buyer beware couldn't even get the bugs off the front end even with 2 different scrubber going across the front end.. this is a joke!!

Damaged my car, employee told me the car wash malfunctioned. Filled out a report. Waited 3 weeks didn't hear anything from them. Went back and the manager said his office said they weren't at fault. I have not heard anything from their office. If you respond to this and tell me to go to your website, I did that and filed the claim and sent several emails. No respone
