I recently brought my truck in for an alignment and A/C refrigerant fill after replacing my compressor, and I couldn’t be more impressed. I do most of my own mechanic work and trust very few shops, but this place exceeded my expectations. On 12/6/2025 I walked in looking for a simple Oil change. I drove from Gilroy, CA because my husband was there to run the California International Marathon. I usually go to my sister’s shop to do an oil change but I didn’t want to wait and drive back to Gilroy after the Marathon and my husband was freaking out about the change oil light being on. A gentleman I want to say his name was Alex was super helpful. He gave me a great deal along with him and the other guys that were there that day found my car needs more than just an oil change. We always choose to go to Big O Tires over anywhere else for our maintenance on our vehicle. The staff specifically at the Folsom location are always efficient, honest and very personable. Alex and manager John are always exceptional to us. They always go above and beyond to ensure they are doing the best they can do for us. For this we will always return here. Would highly recommend this location!

In the heart of Walmart Plaza at Riley street. Standing like a mountain of effecient all tire needs services. Amazing staff, ample parking, great equipments. Oil changes, brakes, alignment and tire rotations. You in folsom, you had these issues? This is your "go to" place. Wally Jo's THUMBS-UP

Looks like they must have taken my original review down, not surprising considering how poorly I was treated by both the salesmen. I went in with a nearly completely flat tire asked about getting it repaired & despite not having 1 single vehicle inside any of their bays, was told I could make an appointment & possibly get it in later that day, or more likely the next. Both salesmen let me leave with my tire nearly flat neither even offering to add air. My recommendation being a former manager of 7 years for one of the most successful Big O stores, avoid this one at all costs if being treated well is a concern of yours.
