Big O Tires

I called around to several different locations.And shops and this was by far the best price! When I get there, everybody there is just in a good mood, they're all nice and very personable.They got my car in and out and they did an awesome job. I would recommend them to anybody needing an alignment.That's what I went for and anything else.I mean, they didn't upsell me And I felt very comfortable there.

Ricky was fantastic!! Great customer service.. I was surprised to hear he wasn't on the management team. Then the mechanic was great as well. Brought in the keys with a smile and kind words wishing me a good evening. I was impressed at I know they were closing up for the day and I was the last customer in. Yet they treated me like I mattered. Please give this team a shout out of praise & maybe a bonus.. .. if not a bonus at least buy them lunch, they deserve it!

Customer service was top notch. This was the first time I’ve been to a car place without another person like my boyfriend or dad hahahah. But the guys were beyond helpful, informative, friendly, and super efficient. Definitely recommend coming to this Big O!

Great tire shop!. I had someone damage my truck tire and Josh was able to source the exact tire that was damaged and get it installed the same day. 5 Stars!

Got a flat on the way home from work at 1130pm, able to pull into big o tires parking lot where I changed to the spare I had which also ended up being flat, left car overnight called in morning and they got my car fixed up with 2 new front tires by 2pm, really fast and good work, some time great guys working in this so so if you have an event and need vehicle help give these guys a call, they'll get you up and running right fast! Thank you guys for such an easy experience that is really appreciated, keep up the great work!!
