Caliber Collision

Got into a fender bender in the Fort Carson Commissary parking lot about a week ago. I have Progressive Insurance and they work with Calber Collision to repair vehicles. Took them about a week to repair my vehicle. Throughout the week I would receive daily emails about my vehicles progress. They moved my vehicle to another location to expedite the repair process. Upon completion they called me to let me know it was finished and was willing to move my vehicle back to the original location for easier pickup. Overall they did a phenomenal job in repairing my vehicle and communication is their strong suit. 10/10 experience. Highly recommend them for your vehicle repair needs.

This place is awful. If you’re reading this before taking your vehicle here, don’t. I brought my wife’s Subaru Impreza in for a front bumper repair after it was hit in a parking lot. The repair was completed quickly, but within a couple of weeks the bumper started coming apart. I took it back and spoke to the store manager, Chad. He reluctantly attempted to fix it, but no matter what they did the bumper kept coming loose. Chad claimed the bumper would not fit properly because it was not OEM and said there was nothing they could do. The last time I brought it in I told him it still needed to be fixed but they refused to acknowledge it was their responsibility. I brought my Jeep GC in after an accident on Friday and the service is a 10/10 and I only just walked in. Kya and Kaitlyn were on top of everything. They were kind, straight forward and VERY helpful. I had a great experience with Caliber Collision in Fountain. The staff was great to work with. Repairs were quick and high quality. They communicated well with me and I was blown away at how pleasant they were to work with. I actually got in an accident (not my fault! lol) four days after I picked up my vehicle from their shop and was certain to get it right back to them. I am grateful for their kindness, their work with my insurance company, and their patience when I took my kids into the office. I'd highly recommend!

This is best experience I've ever had with a repair shop. Brian jacobson was the most professional and best person I've had to contact regarding the repairs. Brian actually cares about your repair and your well being. He made sure during the entire process that it would be as perfect as possible and I can't even thank him enough. I work consistently on the phone with people for customer support and Brian will forever be my number one in customer support for any company I have ever had contact with.
