Big O Tires

Experienced wonderful customer service at this Big O Tire location! The managers do a great job of communicating and handling staffing/work orders. You get honest and quick service and a personal experience. Scott A. has been exceptional to work with and diagnosing any issues that I should be aware of or work that will need to be done in the next few months. Love this team!

Worked with Noah, and he was awesome. Kept me informed of what was going on with the vehicle and did everything possible to make sure I was well taken care of, even going beyond what I would have expected. I’ve always had good luck with Big O Tires, and would definitely recommend the Fridley location. Honest, up front with what needs to be done, and definitely care about their customers.

Walking into the store, I was greeted by a lady who was very kind and super helpful. Also, it was nice coming into a space that was so clean and accommodating as I waited for my tires to be changed. Most auto shops will pressure me into getting unnecessary work done on my car, but here I felt at ease. I was able to relax and not feel as if I was the worst person in the world for not treating my car like it's worth a million dollars. Don't get me wrong, I love and care about my car; but some places will charge ridiculous prices. It was super easy to schedule an appointment, and I'm glad I did!

Great shop with a friendly attitude towards customers, which I like. I’m a fairly easygoing person and I could’ve easily rated their service much lower if not for the last part of my service here. It took them over a month to order my tires and get them shipped to their location since they didn’t have them in stock. Apparently their was confusion on their end about my tires and I had to call multiple times to ask about when they would get them in stock and they couldn’t seem to give me a solid answer. Finally I called one last time and I planned to cancel my order but luckily they finally promised me that I would get my tires shipped and put on the following day. Went 1 time (last Winter). Excellent customer service! Dude was nice, I didn't need (politely still tried to sell it) tires balanced or anything resulting from our conversation that I just had snow and ice on inside of the rim (I'm new to the North & the weather). AND they also had a mechanic put the car up on the lift, have a spare plastic fastener to secure a plastic piece hanging from the bottom of the car. I'll be in there this summer, my tires are getting towards the end.
