Wilhelm Automotive in Goodyear was quick to give me an appointment to diagnose the issues with my vehicle. The repairs were scheduled for the day after the diagnosis, and were done in a very timely manner. All communication was clear and I received reports on all work done. Even though it was my first experience with Wilhelm’s, I felt comfortable and valued as a customer. I will be sure to return for maintenance and repair on my vehicle as they are reasonably priced in addition to providing great all-around service. Thanks to Chris and Mark!

We were in Goodyear visiting family when our Volvo engine began to make a strange noise. The nearest Volvo dealer was miles away in Scottsdale. My Son recommended calling Wilhelm. We did and they were able to work us in. They diagnose the problem and were able to perform the repairs quickly It was important that the repairs be done correctly since we had a 1200 mile drive back home. Our drive home was uneventful. We have taken both of our vehicles to Wilhelm and received excellent service. We keep older cars and good prices on maintenance and repairs are important to us. I worked with Josie this last time and she was meticulous in explaining to me what was wrong with the vehicle and what maintenance I can plan for in the future. We have also worked with Jeremiah and he was great as well. We appreciate Wilhelm for their transparent pricing (I always call around) and explanation of details. They are also always kind and helpful.

Always a fantastic experience here at Wilhelm. Marc in the office is incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. The guys in the shop always perform a top tier job on our vehicle services and I love that they let us know when things are due for service (like battery, air filters, etc.) Their prices are great, service is fast and the people friendly. What else could you ask for? I won't be going anywhere else for my car service needs. Wilhelm knocks it out of the park every time!

Terrible experience. This used to be the place I trusted. With Adam and Mark working the front desk they were friendly remembered you by name and honest. Josie at the front desk seems like she could care less. The amount of repair "suggestions" have gone through the roof since the change. None of the services suggested needed work. Brand new tires, was told they need to be replaced. 7,000 miles later two other mechanics state tread and sidewalls still good for another 30k miles. A/C repair on another vehicle we own suggested....decline their suggestion drive it home works fine other mechancis can find no problems with it.
