Big O Tires

The service was so professional and nice after my experience at another tire center. They were a breath of fresh air! They seemed to really care and even suggested other services they could help me with which I was unaware of. Love my new tires. They are great and the price was completely within my budget. I will definitely return and recommend Big O tires.

The gentleman I spoke with recommended the Toyo Open Country A/T ll and said that there was $100 off plus $100 rebate that we would have to submit which he provide provided us the pamphlet to the Toyo rebate website Which they then denied stating that those tires were not eligible for rebate so he missed sold us on tires That was the reason why we went with them was because of the rebate . In addition, we had four new sensors put on and we drove an hour and a half home and then one of the sensors was not working correctly. We then drove back another hour and a half cause that’s the closest shop to us. They said it was working just fine that when the tire pressure gets below 45 it creates an issue but that’s inaccurate because the other three sensors were below 45 and didn’t have an issue d
