Big O Tires

I went in today to get my tire fixed since I found a nail in it. While waiting, I was told I need my back breaks replaced along with my front tires needed replaced as well. I love how they let you know things need to be fixed/replaced and not just what you go in for. They are mindful of your safety and not just the job needing to be done. Great customer service!

BS mechanic DO NOT GO TO THEM. Unless you want to be scammed out the pocket. Had a squeak coming from my breaks just wanted an inspection they told my breaks were misaligned and a $200 fix. I trusted my gut took it to another mechanic and turns out was just a pebble, got it removed for free no more than 20 minutes. Not only this but every time you go in they will tell you new calipers rotors or anything in order to get a buck out of you.

Can't say enough positive things about this shop! Stopped here while traveling, thinking my car needed an unexpected service & needed it quickly to get back on the road. After explaining my concerns, Ben the manager explained that service I thought I needed was not necessary. Further his technicians volunteered to quickly take some simple steps to get us back on the road & give me peace of mind. Saved me time, $ and renewed my faith in the kindness of strangers. Honest people work here!!!

Josh and the crew that just helped my boyfriend and me on the way to Ogallala were incredible! Best service ever! Would highly recommend and will be back with any tire needs! Big-O in Kearney is the BEST!!! Saved our weekend getaway with replacing our blown boat trailer tire! They were all so friendly and fast! Seriously best service maybe we ever had. Bravo!

Asked if they could put a tire on my wheel and was told they don't take appointments past 5. When asked how long it would take they said 20 minutes and I was asking to come in at 530 when I'm off, they close at 6. I understand it's inconvenient to work until the last minute of close but that's customer service sometimes!
