Jiffy Lube

This is my favorite Jiffy Lube location. Always get great service, fast oil changes, and they are super kind to my dog when he’s along. Due to a recall my vehicle needs specialty oil and they always have what I need on hand. Last time I was in they caught a nail in a tire side wall that I missed. Very grateful as I had a road trip planned and was able to get a new tire before I headed out.

I was driving to Kearney to meet my daughter and had a brake light out. I couldn’t find any service shops open. I decided to stop by Jiffy Lube to see if they could help. They said they absolutely could help me out. Changed the bulb in minutes and I was on my way! These guys are so friendly. If I lived in Kearney I wouldn’t go anywhere else for service! This place is great! Also got a quick oil change!

Stopped in for something quick and ended up having an unexpectedly great experience. The staff caught two holes in my tires, fixed the issue, and made sure I understood what was going on the whole time. They also gave me a heads-up about my tire wear and an estimate for the future, but weren’t pushy at all. Really refreshing to deal with people who are helpful and honest.

My experience was nothing less than mind blowing. The oil change itself was super fast but it was more the employees inside and how genuine they are for their customers. Getting to know each person AND remembering the names of their customers. Jared truly embodies what every person should strive for each day. Kind, caring, and compassion towards anybody. While I didn’t speak much to others, I would assume the rest of staff is the exact same. It just takes one experience and one person to represent a company. I’m impressed beyond measure!!!🥳

They were great! Let me pull in 15 minutes before they opened. I had my dog in the car and they let me pull in and did a great job with my oil change in less than 5 minutes! Highly recommend!
