Big O Tires

I have worked with Big O Tires for my basic car repairs for years. I have never had a problem with the service and the price had always been reasonable. I am also a firm believer in getting your tires from Big O because they back up their free tires repair promise. Recently I moved to Layton. Needing car suspension work done, I contacted Big O on Main Street. Taylor originally took in my call and I was able to get an appointment in a timely manner. I then talked with Braden in the shop and he explained the costs and time needed. His estimates were spot on. Braden also went above and beyond by setting the side mirrors correctly and informed me of a light bulb that needed replacing. After such great service I returned to pick up my car. I went into Big O Tires for the first time because I was missing a lug nut, and I had a great experience. Walking into any place that has to do with cars feels intimidating as a woman, but Taylor immediately made me feel comfortable and welcome. He was super nice, didn’t push that I needed “extra services done” and made the whole process quick with no long wait at all. They got me a new lug nut, put it on for me, and even said they would check to make sure I didn’t have any other missing or loose lug nuts. That extra attention to safety really meant a lot. Overall, it was such an easy and positive experience. I’ll definitely feel more confident going back in the future. Thanks to Taylor and the crew!

So I had an unexpected damage tire from a piece of shrapnel while parking at a job site in the Layton area. I had very little to no time once off work to figure out how to make it to the Layton Big O tires before they closed and I literally made it there with 10 minutes before closing time. I communicated with the shift manager Taylor throughout the day. He was very accommodating and understanding threw the whole ordeal and a big huge shout out to Jace and Ruben and Taylor as all three of them teamed up to help get my tires replaced as fast as possible even though it was past their closing time. Truly, Lifesavers.. and not only that, just for extra fun, my starter started acting up leaving Big O tires so I was again In a position of being stranded.. Then Jace and Ruben came out to my truck

They were able to accommodate me and hour before my scheduled appointment time. Was there to have my daughter's car looked at for a flat tire. Brayden was very helpful and knowledgeable with what needed to be done. Service was quick and professional.

Yesterday I found a nail in my front tire, being new here in Utah I looked for my favorite place lto go for situations like this and I got lucky, a found a Big O wry close to my home in Clearfield. The young men working in the shop were absolutely great and fixed my flat in no time at all. They looked busy but didn’t hesitate to work on my tire right away and in no time I was on my way. Thank you Big O for your quick and efficient response to my issue and I’m a Dude too!
