⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Miguel’s Transmission in Layton is hands-down one of the best automotive service experiences I’ve had. Miguel provides outstanding service and truly phenomenal customer care. He shoots it straight, tells you exactly how it is, and never tries to upsell or pressure you into anything you don’t need. He’s fair, honest, and genuinely does what he can to take care of his customers. You can tell he takes pride in his work and values doing right by people. In an industry where trust matters, Miguel has absolutely earned mine. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for quality work and honest service.

Hands down the best transmission shop in town! We brought our Ram 2500 into Miguel’s Transmission after it started throwing some error codes. From the very beginning, Miguel was down-to-earth, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. Everything goes through him directly, and you can tell he takes tremendous pride in his work. That personal touch and passion for what he does are something you don’t often find these days. Though it was a larger repair bill, Miguel was upfront and transparent about the costs—no surprises. He did outstanding work on the valve body, and we could tell it was done with care and expertise. I was very impressed with this shop. Miguel was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to pin point some issues I should be looking at with my mechanic rather than run a gamut of tests and charge me for them. If I do end up having transmission issues, this is the shop I will be taking my vehicle to.

I can’t even say just how much I appreciate Miguel for sharing his knowledge and for the incredible service that he gave us. Transmission went out and he made sure to explain everything in a way that I could understand. He got it done so quickly too! I am all around incredibly impressed. I also have a lot of respect for him as he is very honest. As a woman going into a mechanics shop isn’t always the best experience. I will continue going back and giving him my business.

My Suburban broke down at 5:40 pm. We had it towed to Miguel’s. It was fixed by 9:00am the next morning. Even though he was booked, he helped us out immensely. The other mechanic quoted us $1000.00. Miguel got it done for a fraction of that. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced. So honest and helpful.
