Woke up to a nail in the tire and a roadtrip to go on! Was looking for tire places near me to get a quick tire patch and found Big O tires on PCH! They are awesome and have the best customer service! Savuth the manager was so awesome and kind! Got my car in quick for a patch and helped me get my morning back on track!

I scheduled my appointment online and I received a confirmation email within an hour. When I showed up the next morning I was greeted by Savuth who answered my questions and quickly took care of me! The best part was the price for my oil change was exactly what was advertised and it was a deal -$34.99 for a synthetic blend and included a free tire inspection and rotation. They also gave me an estimate for some future work that will need to be done but didn’t pressure me to do it today! I drive an older 2007, Toyota Solara with 275,000 miles on it so I was not surprised it needed something else. They basically rebuilt my girl’s 2011 Lexus CT 200h, gave it new legs, and it’s still running smooth today. That car feels revived. My Acura has only known these mechanics for the past 3 years, and it shows…minimal repairs, honest assessments, and zero upsell nonsense. Every time I come in, they’re fair, transparent, and generous with pricing, and they actually take the time to explain what’s going on. You leave feeling taken care of, not taken advantage of. Reliable work, solid people, and real integrity. Can’t recommend them enough.

Stopped in with a flat tire and they had me back on the road in no time. Quick plug repair at no charge since I’d bought tires from them before. Friendly staff and great service. Highly recommend!
