My tires kept going flat and I needed to make an interstate trip. They got me in quickly. Dylan said I had a nail and screw in separate tires so needed new ones. I trusted his opinion, so bought new ones. They were expensive, but I didn’t have time to shop around. I’m supposedly covered by big o warranty, so we’ll see how that goes. They were nice. I overheard them chatting and cussing in front of me, which I don’t appreciate, but free speech. They were polite to me. Made it to my destination with no issues, so thank you.

When I was in for an oil change I talked to the guy at the desk and he explained the process and need for a transmission fluid exchange with the type of car and transmission it had. I knew the transmission would need the exchange and scheduled it to be done. I was pleased with the time he took to make sure I understood and the expertise in doing it.
