Big O Tires

Rich went above and beyond and had my tires available and on same day as phone call. I was in a pinch due to having to leave out of town for a passing in the family. Great service and work

I only met Dustin and lance at this specific big o. But i dont think i’ve ever been to a bad one. They must do a good job hiring. On this particular trip i showed up to get my brakes looked at. Long story short my brakes were fine, it would’ve been more of a preference fix, not a safety thing. While lance was doing his inspection he noticed that i did have another pretty big problem i wasnt aware of. He told me what he honestly thought i needed to be safe. And he said it in a way that i was able to understand his mechanic jargon. He nor dustin tried to oversell me, they just noticed i had a problem that i didnt know i had and offered a solution. They got me in same day and fixed it. Would recommend Big O as an organization!

Had a possible slow leak from my tire, went and the sweet crew patched it for me in like 10 minutes. I apparently had an existing patch job that was seeming to be the problem so ended up coming back the next day to get a whole new tire. Bad weather was coming but they stayed on and hooked me up. Was able to get me in on the spot, last minute for oil change/tire rotation & reasonably priced compared to others. Great service & didn't do more then was needed.
