I have been using Mike’s Automotive for several years now. I have nothing but great things to say about them. They get me scheduled quickly, everyone is super friendly and never makes me feel like I don’t belong or anything like that. Their prices are great and there are honest. Sometimes I will ask if I am due for a service (like a tire rotation) and based on my tread patterns they have even told me no. So they are not just trying to make a quick buck. I will definitely continue going here and highly recommend.

Took my 14 year old Jeep Wrangler Sahara in for a second opinion. They showed me each issue and explained how each effects the operation of the jeep. They gave me options for repair. I'm completely new to the Mt Juliet area and I asked some locals for a reputable mechanic and they suggested mikes automotive. They said and I quote "they are good honest people" so I went today to get a noise inspection and they found what caused it and even went as far as to show me what the cause was and explained to me in detail what had happened that my car was fine and good to go. He even ran estimates for me for future appointments and before I could ask what would be the priority service was he was already explaining it to me and a best course of action. The place was so clean, comfortable and I've never felt this at ease in an auto shop. I will definitely be a loyal customer from now on!

I brought in my Jeep XJ for a couple wheel stud replacements. They did an incredible job on that so I asked for some assistance in getting my steering stabilizer links together. The bolts were seized in there pretty good but they worked through it without issue. They got me all connected back up and had my Jeep feeling 10 times better on the road! I am relatively picky about where I take my cars for work and will be coming back here for plenty of work in the near future. Honest crew, fair pricing and they actually cared about the outcome of the repair. I can’t recommend them enough.

I’ve actually had work done here before and it felt costly but I didn’t think much of it. I recently realized my coolant was low and they told me I needed a new radiator. They quoted $1500 for the whole job, at which point someone in my life who knows cars better than me, informed me that was ridiculously high. When I called to ask about it they told me the part was $450 and the job took 4 hours minimum. I bought the part for $250 and had it installed within an hour and a half by the person mentioned before. Even if the part was $450, are we seriously charging $1050 for labor when the job takes no more than two hours? Even if it needed new hoses that only accountants for about $100 of it. I get a business needs to make profit but this just seems slightly unreasonable.
