Big O Tires

The place is a total rip off. My daughter was quoted a $700 axel boot job that I took to a trusted mechanic and he concluded nothing was wrong (and the pictures don’t lie)! Never go here. In the spirit of fairness I challenge anyone at Murrieta Big O Tires to prove the original estimate is correct.

We’ve been dealing with this store since it opened. I’ve worked for Mercedes-Benz for 27 years. So I’m used to pretty demanding clients and customer service. I would have no problem recommending and sending anybody here. I’m pretty sure they’ve worked on every one of over a dozen different personal cars over the years from myself and my family.They are always friendly and professional. My commute is really rough on my car so I needed multiple things done. I didn't have an appt but they took care of me right away. Great staff all around from the manager Travis to the mechanics. Competitive prices! I'll definitely come back!

Always take care of my company truck. Always done by the estimated time and to PUSH any unnecessary fixes. Yes they will recommend services that they see needed. Good management too. Keep up the good work!
