Big O Tires

Cody was so helpful. We were headed to St. George from salt lake & picked up a big bolt, creating a hissing tire, losing pressure fast, coming into Nephi. From the minute we walked in, he was helpful, informative & no pressure. They assessed everything & told us they weren’t able to repair the tire. (A new set of tires was NOT part of the trip plan). He price compared Costco for us & patiently broke down different options. He was able to get the price down & get us out the door & back in the road, just after closing. I recently purchased this car from a private seller & didn’t know where I was planning to go for service & tire support, but I’m definitely going to check out the Big O by my house now. Especially when I remembered they are such a big supporter of the Lion Heart Gift Foundatio

Got my tires installed quickly and at a great price. They also performed an overall inspection of my truck and appraised me of issues to be aware of without pressuring me to get work done immediately. Great team. I will continue to use Big O for tires in the future.

Our beloved truck broke down on I-15 north of Nephi. Our fabulous tow truck driver towed us to Big-O where they figured out the problem, got the part, replaced it and sent us safely on our way. They were super efficient, caring and honest. Really grateful to the folks at Big-O in Nephi Utah.

I showed up 45 minutes before closing with a belt that had just shredded on the freeway. I was a long way from home. They were able to quickly order a new belt and have it replaced by closing time so I could get back on my way. Really great and friendly service!
