Had an unexpected end to a trip when our van died. Mays came out to bring us to town. Tyce was quick and did a great job! Even had the heater turned on in the truck to warm us up. Very professional and helpful.

Thank you to Kris!! Oh my gosh did he help my partner out in a pinch. We were in a crazy situation with our car - we were able to make it to Nephi for the night, thought we had patched the situation with the car enough to make it back to Salt Lake, but the patch didn't hold. Kris came through within minutes of me calling AAA and picked us up 20 minutes later. He was super kind and just genuinely a very charismatic and great human being to be around in a situation that was quite stressful for us! We have a really sweet rescue dog and he had no problem with her sitting in the back of the tow truck (I've heard sometimes tow truck drivers are wary of dogs?). Kris came right up to help with a flat, was at my house in Santaquin in less than 30 minutes. I used AAA to get him here, but I feel like these guys always find a way to go the extra mile, no pun intended, and treat me like THEIR customer. Their equipment is really nice and they have a lot of gadgets on the truck, ready to help.

Needed lockout service in an area out of town. Chris was very friendly & professional; not the attitude you sometimes get with towing companies! We set up a specific time & he was very prompt. A truly professional & super personable guy! Count on them when you have trouble!

We got stranded in Lehi with a flat tire 🤦🏼‍♀️ But May Automotive Towing was so awesome! They came and picked up our car and were so nice about it. They were super quick and responsive. Loved the whole process! Would absolutely recommend!!
