Hunter did a great job helping me decide on which specific tires would be best for my new driver‘s SUV. Look out Overland Park, Ava is on the loose. Hunter is very informative and I got a great deal. Definitely recommend!

Today was my first time at this store. I must say that from my initial call to check their availability for an alignment, I was graciously greeted by Taylor, I asked if there were any coupons and she quickly searched and found one I could use for my intended purpose for their alignment services; thank you so much Taylor! The customer seating and coffee area, are ample and clean, as is their bathrooms. Their service was impecable and the time it took to complete the alignment was rather fast! Their selection of services, tires, and post tires sales services are amazing. Do give them an opportunity to help you with your car needs, call or stop by, you won't be disappointed!

Came in with a very unique situation. From start to finish they did everything they could to get my tire replaced, and me back on the road. Quickly, and professionally. First experience with BIG O tires, but definitely not the last!

Ariana was absolutely fantastic. She knew more about tires than I thought possible. And talking about going above and beyond… She researched tires for me had my current tire fixed and just was an absolute delight. I will definitely come back probably just to see her.

Bought new tires this past Wednesday to get home and realized they sold new old stock tires. Sold me tires made in September of 2020. “industry standards and many manufacturers recommend replacing tires after 6 years,” dot number 3820 38th week of 2020. So unfortunately I do not recommend this establishment. And will be contacting corporate. Update just looked at my invoice and they did not input the correct numbers in the invoice I got 100 percent scammed. Dot number is tire serial number
