I bought tires off tire rack and had them shipped here for installation. The team got my new wheels and tires installed with an alignment. Great customer service and the owner helped me understand things I made need to look at in the future. Thank you

We stopped by to get a quote for new tires, and we were so impressed with Benjamin B, the helpful employee who assisted us! He walked us through all our options in detail and even showed us the different tires he had in the shop, sharing his thoughts and customer reviews along the way. It was a welcome change to see such excellent customer service, especially since it’s been a bit scarce at many businesses lately, but it was truly amazing here! Plus, they offer a military discount for anyone currently serving or a veteran!

I have 3 pickups and I only bring them to Big O. I just got my Ford 7.3 lifted here and super happy with my Rough Country lift! Highly recommend them and they always do quality work and very affordable.

I wasn't sure they would work on my truck that had a bad starter. But I had some other work done there. So I called and a nice guy said sure. So I had it towed there. I was told that they could not get to it until Friday. That was fine so I received an estimate of 325.00 which I thought was fair. So Friday rolled around and I dealt with Chris he told me it was done the starter was installed, but it needed a battery. I just had bought one 18 months previous and it was an Interstate so I agreed. He called me back in minutes and said it was done, the new battery had done the trick. When I showed up he asked about the battery. He called Interstate and got a warranty on it so my new cost was 12.90! He then turned me over to Benedict who was a whiz at the credit card, means how mine was 3 years

I had a coupon for by 2 get 2 free tires. There were no stipulations listed on the coupon. I went in and ordered tires, the person who helped me hadn’t entered a coupon like that before and asked for help a couple times but the person he was asking was busy talking and when finally offered advice, it was a quick response on how to enter the code. I declined the extended warranty. I paid for the 2 tires, mount and balance, and new valve stems…leaving with being told it was paid in full. I received a call this week saying the tires were ready but they made a mistake, they said they should have charged me a delivery fee and I had to get the extended warranty with the coupon, again that is not listed in said coupon. I would need to pay another 500.00 before getting the tires. They admitted the
