Big O Tires

I’m so grateful for this place. I went to check my tires yesterday and I’m driving through my trip. Unexpectedly I had a tire that’s low on pressure. Found this place by 30mins away. And they were able to take me right in. Thank you team. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Thanks for helping me feel safe being on the road. Much appreciated the effort and great service with kindness 🙏❤️

I brought my vehicle in for new tires ! Big O Tires has always been excellent, But Sorry Not Sorry! this location was the worst at customer service, with No smile, rude manager, ordered the wrong tires, never came outside to look at the vehicle, blamed me for looking on line for the wrong tires for the rims¿ Wow and than called me to come pick my car up because she also was not going to install a new battery, screaming on the phone 🙄at me. I would not recommend this business in Salida to anyone with my experience. awful

Really poor customer service. And I'll note I have bought several sets of tires from this shop. I scheduled a time to have a tire patched for today and specifically asked if it would be worth waiting or if I should bring my bike so I could ride back to work. They said it should be 30 minutes tops, so I decided to just wait and take my dog for a walk. When I got there at my pre-scheduled time they said that they were running late. I asked if I should come back but insisted it would be only be about 15 minutes until they get to my car. I took my dog on a longer than planned walk and an hour later they still hadn't even started to look at my tire. They had two opportunties to let me plan around their schedule and they went out of their way to waste my time. I'll gladly take my car to another

What can I say,took my truck in to get a tire fixed ,I was there a good 30 or 40 minutes,the two beautiful ladies weren't the desk. The could not find anything wrong with the tire,so there was no charge. I was shocked. I and they pay extra attention to my dog which is awesome

I can’t praise this Salida service center enough for their outstanding and honest service! I brought my truck in for a tire alignment, and they quickly identified that a specialized bushing, only available through Ford, was needed. Despite being unable to perform the repair, they thoroughly explained the issue and didn’t charge me a dime for the diagnosis. Their transparency and professionalism were truly refreshing. I’ll definitely return for all my future servicing needs—this is the kind of honest, reliable service you want.
