Wow, I just had an amazing experience here! I highly recommend it. We unfortunately hit a deer in our Toyota Tacoma. The staff were so great to work with—friendly and knowledgeable. They got all the repairs done in under a week, and it looks as good as new! Plus, we didn’t have to take the truck to the city. What a relief! They turned a bad situation into a pain-free experience. I can’t thank you all enough.

I had a major impact and significant damage to my 2021 Chevy Silverado LT Trail Boss. I took my vehicle to Kaizen Collision in Salida CO having great experience with another deer incident repair in 2021. They did an amazing job and I highly recommend them. Kaizen was amazing through the entire process. Staff kept me updated and informed me, fought hard to get the insurance company to do what they are supposed to do and the final repair work was absolutely amazing. My poor truck was hit on the drivers side by a deer that made a huge dent. As the offending party left the scene of the crime, and scampered off into the bushes with her other wide eyed friends I couldn't get her insurance details, but the team at Kaizen took care of all that, all I had to do was pay my deductible. The job took a while, but as my Dad would always say, "You can do it right, or you can do it fast". They obviously did it right because honestly the work is impeccable, you would never know that there was a huge dent there before. Oh and bonus, they vacuumed the inside of my car and wiped off all the dust. Would highly recommend their team for body work. 34 Days from the time of my deer crash to the vehicle being returned fully repaired! Amazing work! Linda from the front desk kept me well informed on every step of the repair! Brandon did an awesome job on the repair!

The administrative staff was very friendly. They kept us informed on the progress of the work being performed. We were able to take in the car earlier than expected and it was done on the initial estimated day. Our car was backed into while it was parked. The repair was great and the car looks at good as new. As a bonus the car was returned washed, and the inside was vacummed. Over all it was a good experience.
