Big O Tires

The technicians are good especially Charles. Non-experienced car folk & women BEWARE The counter staff TRIED to rip you off. I brought in a flat tire that I had purchased there w/ some kind of metal object in it. I explained I'd worked in tire service before. I told them I wanted the same brand and type of tire. They still took me to the most expensive tire (not the brand or type) BEWARE, Their tire guarantee only covers Big O brand tires. NOT any other brand they sell. If they can't fix with a patch. They won't replace it. Even if it's within warranty,mileage limit, or a factory defect.Never trust a company that doesn't stand behind the products they sell.

Top-tier customer service from start to finish. The team was knowledgeable, respectful, and truly took the time to make sure I was taken care of. You can tell they actually care about their customers, which is hard to find these days. 10/10 experience.

Didn’t read any reviews before coming here, one of our technicians had a tire blow out on a trailer of ours and big O was just up the street, tech limped trailer to shop and they handle it no problem right at closing. Since then have bought tires, oil changes and vehicle inspections. Vehicle inspections are awesome they provide pictures and videos and are very nice to do business with. Will be coming here moving forward.

Great service and my first drive on my legacy as tire was excellent. The price for tires and alignment was a fair price and the warranty was great. The boys at the sparks big 0 tires are the ones I'll go back to

The gang down there at big o in sparks are terrific! Have always taken care of any of our needs and have always made time somehow when we had a time crunch and just dropped our issue in their lap! From our custom builds, vintage street rods or our daily drivers. The never disappoint! Highly recommended.
