Big O Tires

Big O always treats us so well! My son got a screw in his tire. They quickly fixed it at no charge. We frequently take our vehicles here. They are always helpful, honest, and affordable.

I like this particular location on Sunset Blvd in Saint George Utah. They have an educated staff that will take care of you from start to finish. I have been using them for over a decade on my car fleet and have never been “up-sold”. They make me aware of potential maintenance, but never have they pushed services on me. I appreciate their attention to detail and their willingness to work on my more unusual vehicles. “Can do” is how they make me feel. I trust them and their customer service.

I often find myself needing service to my 270,000 mile car which I count on for many miles a month. Occasionally I need quick service to get me back on the road. Big O Sunset has always made this a stress free for me because I can trust this crew to fix what is needed confidently and honestly. What more can you ask for from a mechanic? 🫡

Today I stopped in to see if they could balance and rotate my tires. The guy at the counter named Dallas was super helpful and said he would get me right in. They pulled our jeep in and 2 of their techs jumped on it and had me handled while I waited. Oh and for the ladies... my wife used their restroom and remarked on how nice it was to have a clean restroom. Kudos to ya'll for that one too. (Happy wife... Happy Life) Super good people and very helpful. I've bought most of my tires from Big O. Good customer service like this just ensured that as soon as I need a new set of BIG tires for my Jeep, I will come back to this store. Thanks again guys and keep up the great work! Rick

This store is awesome! Great service and fast! Jason did a super awesome job and has my highest recommendation!!! Store is super clean and is well organized!!! I have worked in the automotive field for over 20 years and could tell that these guys really know what they are doing!!!
