The customer service was amazing they were super flexible and understanding of the nature of travel or last minute issues that arise when having to travel. The cars were amazingly well kept, smelled great, clean, practically new and overall no bad experience there. My only one concern was how I used Google to look up unlimited mileage rentals and kayak lead me to vroom under the impression that I was still going to be getting what I had asked for. I didn't even realize I was on an entirely different website but this was my fault, though I wanted to point out how sneak and slick this was too. I don't think it was intended to misguide me but I wanna point out how confusing that was and how misleading it felt to me as someone who was looking for a vehicle with unlimited mileage specifically o

Vroom me was amazing!!! I was nervous about finding a rental car shortly before my trip, let alone finding a Jeep, which we wanted for the ‘exploration vibe’. I was so happy with their selection and the price was VERY competitive. It was nice to deal with a small business and not the big box rental services. I was able to text with someone at anytime and the self pick up and check out made everything super easy. We had to add a driver last minute and I was anxious it would be a whole ‘thing’ but it was so easy. We will use them again when back in Utah!

I love this place. I’ve used it Multiple times. I’ve used the Kia golf, but I prefer the Mercedes Benz CLA. They have great service and are very lenient. I misunderstood the itinerary once and they weren’t even upset. Super easy to work with and very understanding. I would always recommend them over anybody else. 🙏⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Vroom.me is the ABSOLUTE BEST car rental company in St.George! Not only were the staffs super accommodating but goes above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met! Jason was quick to answer and made sure we had a car readily available for our last minute accommodation. Easy and convenient. Staff was always available through text and helpful throughout. Cara were clean and well maintained. Highly recommend.
