Big O Tires

Friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable staff. Found the tires I wanted and installed them quickly. I decided to wait so from walking in to finished it was about an hour including the alignment check.

Brought my travel trailer in talked to Chris Morgan the service advisor. He got me right and got me four new tires at a good price and was out of there in 45 minutes. Great customer service. Will definitely be me go to for tires!

Jeremy, Mario, and Kyle were phenomenal. My wife had a flat, and as a driver, I was unable to get to her. These guys took care of everything! They even got her a shuttle ride home. You hear stories of places that take advantage and up charge for goods and services, but these gentleman did not. My wife stated that she felt safe and relief dealing with them. She also stated that this engagement gave her a little faith in humans to be genually good people. We will definitely be doing business with them in the future.

I am a huge fan of Big O tires in surprise! Hayden saved the day today. I went in with what I thought would be a quick cheap fix and my issues ended up being so much more then what I was prepared for.. He searched high and low to find me the best priced parts that fit my needs and budget, went above and beyond to make this as manageable as possible and get my Diva of a car safe again.. Thank you guys for taking such great care of us!!

Big O won't care... sooooo... just for the hell of it... 65,000 miles tires! Note: alignment was done at time of purchase. But Due to a "new" technician errors, A month after, bolts were loose Was told this was a major safety issue. causing the vehicle to undergo another full alignment. The wear seen in the photo's has to be another alignment issue. Tires should not wear this unevenly. Because tires not rotated every 5000 miles, warranty will not be honored. Recent technician was indignant and insulting.
