I decided to make the trip from Gilbert to Surprise for a in person inquiry, regarding squeaking in the front end of my TESLA and met Owner Johnathan who took the time to listen to my concerns, and explain in detail why I was having the issues and what was needed to fix the issue also in detail. The owner and mechanic, Johnathan, treats you like family while taking the time to educate you throughout the process. He is knowledgeable, honest, genuinely personable, and always happy to help. That level of transparency and care is rare. The service speed is unreal. I called Wednesday afternoon and was told to bring my 2018 Model 3 in at 9:00 a.m. Thursday. We are so glad we found Jonathan at Serenity EV. We had a hard time finding a knowledgeable and trustworthy mechanic for our Tesla model Y. We would have had to wait 28 days for a scheduled appt. I had an outstanding experience with Serenity EV Tesla Repair Center, owned by Justin and Jonathan. After my Tesla had to be towed to a Tesla dealership due to an issue where the motor would rev but deliver no torque to the wheels, Tesla quoted me nearly $15,000 to replace the motor outright.
