Great experience at Big O Tires! I had an issue with my front driver-side tire and they were able to get it repaired quickly. Tevin and the team got me in and out and made the whole process really easy. I really appreciated the fast, friendly service and how smoothly everything went. Very pleased with the service I received and would definitely recommend them!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great experience at the Big O Tires on NW Urbandale Ave! A few weeks ago I stopped in and the team kindly put air in my tires for me and took the time to inspect them. They showed me the report and explained that my tires were very old and worn. I came back recently and had new tires installed, along with an oil change and a new battery. The guys were extremely helpful, worked with me on the price, and did a fantastic job. Great customer service and they really took the time to explain everything. The service was friendly, honest, and efficient. Thank you to the team at the NW Urbandale Ave Big O Tires for taking such good care of me. I’ll definitely be a return customer and highly recommend them!

Little did I know the uses car i purchased a yr ago was discontinued. I came in today for an alignment and a bolt that is no longer made broke. I believe Tevin and Brian worked very hard to find the parts and get my vehicle back in order. I wish my appointment didn't take as long as I had to miss two shifts of work (independent contractor and need my vehicle for work), however I appreciate the dedication to offer top notch service.

I called for an oil change and to check a tire for a leak. Kevin might be the friendliest associate I’ve encountered in a shop like this. I was able to come in immediately for efficient service. Personable attendance goes a long way, especially if you’re a woman used to being talked down to at car service shops. Thanks, Big O!

Purchased my wifes and my own last 4 sets of tires from Urbandale Big O dating back about a decade. Showroom is always spotless, associates are always engaging with customers whether in-store or over the phone. Always courteous yet honest and straight forward. My vehicle(s) are handles with care and respect. They have never overlooked proper mechanical protocol…nuts, bolts, drain plugs, etc., are torqued properly, allowing my deperture from their shop to be streamlined and worry free. Highly recommend these guys!
