Big O Tires

I witnessed two of their employees save a man on Glendora Ave that had rolled his car. The doors were stuck and the car started on fire. Two of their employees heard the crash and my yelling and ran to the car in the middle of the street. They then opened the driver door with what seemed to be hidden strength at the time getting the passenger out seconds before it ignited into flames. Two great gentlemen that work here . They saved that man. Happy Thanksgiving !

This shop is a scam. They said they would do a free wheel alignment check. During the process, they started messing around with my chassis, and afterwards told me my steering wheel was a little crooked. But when I got my car back, the steering wheel was completely crooked! It was perfectly fine before their “check.” Do NOT trust them!!!

Fair price, friendly staff, pretty quick service. Came in for a rear strut replacement and differential fluid flush. Estimated 4 hrs but finished in 2.5 hrs. Service manager was friendly and attentive. Most of all, answered all questions honestly. Stop by and be your own judge.
