I took my JK 3.8 L Jeep Wrangler to Big O tire after chasing a check engine light for the past 6 months. They took it in and hooked it up to their computer. They had a diagnosis and solution within an hour, and the work was done in under 4 hours. Zac was an absolute professional and treated me so well by keeping me updated on progress, and cost of each part of the job. Price was more than reasonable for parts, labor, and tire balance/rotation. I will return anytime I can’t solve the issues. I highly recommend them!

Came here because another location did a terrible job on my alignment. The owner gave me a call and ask questions to better understand what was going on. Even though these stores are individually franchise and operated, he said he would still help me out under the warranty! This is a nice new building with a comfortable waiting room.

The best... Why didn't I come here first.. I came here and they pulled my car in right away... They had me waiting at Les Schawb for 2 hrs?? The flat repair never got done.So I came to "Big O" when they say "The team, you could trust" they mean it! I could get used to this kind of service they have over twelve bays.... And they have a FREE Slushy machine.....

Took my car in for Alignment and I had to show one of the technicians that was working on my car where to adjust the rear camera bolts. When he told me he couldn’t adjust the rears as well. The technician was saying that I need a new front outer tie rod ends when I just replaced them two months ago, and to bite the cake they left bolts loose during the Alignment and now i’m missing my front lower caster bushing and hardware.
