Big Ray's Jacksonville

We swung in and needed a fast oil change, we were running late on a road trip. Everyone was super polite and super friendly. I travel all over the country and this was the cheapest and best oil change I have ever got anywhere. I will drive out of my way to visit again. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Kristy was great - very friendly and personable! The rest of the crew I didn't get to see or interact with as they were doing the service, but they were very fast. I was able to get the oil change and tires aired up on my lunch hour with a half hour to spare. Excellent, fast service, and they're informative about specials and discounts. I highly recommend Big Ray's in Jacksonville!

I went there after I got the wrong size oil filter from Walmart, twice! Second time at Walmart I had an associate help me. I gave up with them and went to big rays. I showed them the oil filter I needed and they went straight back and got what I needed then handed it to me. I asked what it was gonna cost and they said nothing. I usually change my own oil but I'll be taking my vehicles here from now on. Really great service from friendly people!

I'm currently undergoing cancer treatment Ray and his staff went above and beyond. Money is tight and I was way over on a oil change not only did they change but flushed to make sure I was good, my air filter was beyond dirty they replaced that free. I cannot thank you guys for blessing me today. I will be telling all my friends and family to use Big rays I urge all of you to do the same.
