I have a 2023 Ford Maverick hybrid that has a part that went out at 39,000 miles. I had a very hard time getting that part replaced for free I had to let them know that it's very dangerous if this part does not operate correctly the battery could explode did not delaminate at the worst and at the least my fuel efficiency would be hindered and I would be paying every 39,000 mi $1100. I'm still not completely satisfied with the service the warranty and Ford overall. I'm going to have a hard time trusting the reliability the safety and the cost of the vehicle before it's lifetime.
