The shop has terrible customer service, especially the owner himself. They replaced trans cooler lines on my car and didn't tighten them properly, so the car was leaking. When I called to tell them, the owner was rude and said that the warranty was only good for 1 month and it wasn't his problem. When I asked if he would look at it, he refused, and when I tried to make an appointment, he said they were busy for the next 3 weeks and wouldn't take my appointment. I strongly suggest that you go anywhere else for your car needs, businesses like these don't deserve your hard earned money. If you get your work done here, you will not have peace of mind

Went here out of convenience and wish I never did. I needed to get work done on my rear wheel bearings and they were able to fix me in and get it done in a timely manner. A week later my car starts to make more noise than it did before I took it in to this place. So I contacted the shop and wanted to get my car in to be looked at to see if it was something that they might have done wrong or something might of come loose. The receptionist at the shop told me to bring it in the next day so they can take a look at my car. So the next day I bring in my car and was greeted by the owner and I was told that no one at the shop would be able to help me till sometime next week. I remarked that I had spoke with the receptionist yesterday and was told to bring in my car the next day. He decides to get

Very personable crew. Andre and Todd were very accommodating and the tech named tony was very descriptive and proven to be quite knowledgeable. I had my truck in 2 shops prior including 1 dealership. I spent over 2 weeks in a rental car and near $400 in wasted money to still have an idling issue and an engine light on. I brought my car here and the next day they contacted me about a faulty wire harness plug they found causing the issue and had it back to me the same day. Gotta admit I was questionable at first cause I got it back so quick but it still runs good and the light hasn't came back.

Brought my car here based off of the reviews. I believed they did the engine work they billed me for. But I continued to have issues and did a work trade with a buddy who knows engines. He found the work incomplete and incorrect oil used. Also, he pointed out work on another item wasn't done complete either as the wires were just hanging. Update: My buddy adjusted the lashing again and advised me to get the engine tore down by a proven and established shop. The issues I was having should not occur after the work I had done at Big Reds. He gave me a few to decide from. Had to wait 2 plus months (that in demand). They tore down the top half and found the roller rockers installed were of poor quality and would have blown the engine. Not all the push rods were replaced either. They walked

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT take your car here! This is the WORST place I have ever dealt with! The owner is extremely unprofessional and RUDE. You make an appointment just so they can keep your car there for weeks on end without any resolve! I tried to call the owner to get an update, he was either on the phone or out of the building and NEVER returned my calls. I went there to pick my car up to take it elsewhere and all he did was yell at me about what was going on with my car and how he had told me this. I don't know how he told me anything when he never took or returned my calls. He's nothing but a LIAR. Do not do business with a liar people. They will tell you lie after lie to cover up their lies. This place is a JOKE. This is by far, the worst experience I've ever had with a business.
