While traveling from Minnesota to Idaho and pulling a trailer, the transmission went out in Livingston. Since it was Sunday on Labor Day weekend, nobody was open and our options were extremely limited. While researching options, we saw that Big Sky Auto was open 24/7 and happen to have a truck that would fit our needs. I called and Will picked up the phone while on his way to church and then to his kids football game. Even though he was busy, he took time to come help us when he got time and then gave us a fair trade.
