Big Splash Car Wash

Is there a number i could call to talk to someone who could help me view cameras? I had my phone taken from there last night and I tracked it the person had shut off my phone and a hour later it was last seen in east side so I was wondering if anyone could help

I always enjoyed going to that car wash. Better than aa the rest, also it's to people that can't afford to spend that much time. You are a great value to the community. God bless you.

Been there twice , put $20 in change machine a received dollar coins. Put $2 dollars in and they got stuck. Used my house key to finish pushing them thru but didn’t register or refund. Ended up using credit card not realizing I would get a 3 % add-on charge. 2nd time I went there to wash my truck, the minute count down would continue to add minutes as I put the dollar coins in. Once I started to wash truck , chime would warn me I was running out of time. So I put more coins in before I realized after the timer passed 60 seconds it would chime for more money because the timer deleted my minutes that were over 60 seconds. This happened twice after I feed the machine. Finally I put one coin in at a time to finish my wash. This carwash either has a poor maintenance program or it’s been set to

I went during the day on a Saturday. Everything seemed to be operational, and they have a machine that gives dollar coins as change for a variety of bills. The station also had a credit card reader with a $3 minimum. One other person was there, and I got a very thorough wash done for $3. I recommend bringing a towel to dry the car afterward.

Awesome management. I washed my salt truck out there and made a mess, owner came and cleaned it up (as long as I clean up in the future). Even gave me a free token. And did it all with a smile and respectful demeanor. It is a car wash that takes pride in itself
