Big Springs Garage

Had the pleasure of meeting several of the Big Springs crew here recently. Everyone I met was knowledgeable, kind, and honest. The work they did for me was of good quality, and they were very communicative throughout the process. I will be returning to Big Springs in the future, and would recommend them without hesitation.

I was towed there on my way to south florida from milwaukee wisconsin. They went above and beyond giving me a ride to a u haul store and the young mechanic was super knowledgeable germane to my 1994 chevy 3500 dually. It had a myriad of electrical, brake and exhaust issues. They got me up and going quickly. Got the truck back and it purred like a sewing machine the 12 hours non stop to south florida. They are the epitome of southern hospitality. I has chevrolet master mechanics working on the truck for 3 weeks prior to the trip. It broke down twice on my trip and this young mechanic is the only one to fix the issues. The price was unbelievably low also. You can't go wrong with this garage and these individuals. Trust them 100% and at a super reasonable cost. They did not take advantag

It has been over a year now since we picked up a rescue dog in Tullahoma and our car started making a disturbing noise we pulled into your Auto repair shop. They were quite busy at the time, but a young gentleman said he would take the car for a spin. We were on our way back to Baltimore and a perfect set up for unscrupulous repair shops. However, the young gentleman came back with the car in about five minutes and fix the problem. They refuse to accept any payment. But I was able to stuff a 20 in the gentleman‘s pocket. I often think about the generous care we received.

What an experience! We broke down on I24 and had our 95 Jeep Wrangler towed to this garage. Keep in mind this is Saturday around 9am. We mentioned to them that we are meeting TriStar Jeep Club in Coalmont OHV park when we broke down. They were able to get a radiator, cap and thermostat and installed within 2 hours they had us back on the road. Talking about Customer Service, they went above and beyond and the owner and his tech knew exactly what they were doing. We would recommend to take any and all vehicles to Big Spring's Garage.. Big shout out to you all.

This is the first time we used Big Springs Garage and we highly recommend them. Very personable, professional, and communicated well. Very appreciative that they were able to work us into their busy schedule. The work was clean and price was fair. We will definitely be using them again. Great overall service Rob & Brooke!
